  • Deputy Provincial Director of Health, the head of the chief physician of 32 hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health in Istanbul.
  • The software company that Adem Doğruyol is a partner enters without any hesitation the tenders of the hospitals under his authority and control. Meanwhile, the Provincial Health Director and deputy directors have the power to control the state hospitals in Istanbul on behalf of the ministry and the governorship and to implement the decisions.
